Harrop's CDC Captive Dun PMD
This is a great early stage emerger pattern. It imitates a PMD nymph just as it's breaking the surface tension to emerge. Fish really key on these vulnerable stages. If you see heads up, but know they're not on adults just yet, think about throwing a Captive Dun.
